Student Incentives

I created the first Bright Field Middle School school-wide Typing Olympics. Students had the opportunity to compete in 10 different categories to showcase the typing progress made throughout the year.

Students were tasked with completing a comprehensive list of songs that assessed primary skills throughout the year. Students were rewarded at different check points in order to keep them motiviated.
